Role:
In this role, you work in a modern IT environment and actively shape the digital future of a dynamic transport and logistics landscape. You take on IT user support and ensure that users are optimally supported in their daily work. You are also responsible for the client technology area and apply your know-how to the planning, provision, and maintenance of Microsoft-based workstation systems. You contribute both in operational support and client engineering to ensure stable, secure, and efficient solutions. Through your commitment, you make a significant contribution to successfully advancing innovative digitalisation projects.
Responsibilities:
You are the central contact point for employees and resolve IT requests in 1st and 2nd level support
In this role, you handle incidents and service requests and ensure stable operation of the client infrastructure
As a system administrator/support, you manage our client systems with Microsoft Intune and optimise Windows workstations including peripherals
You manage users, groups, and access rights in Azure AD and on-premises AD and support the Microsoft 365 environment
In this role, you actively participate in topics related to network, printers, telephony, and IT security
As IT user support and client technology, you contribute your own ideas to continuously digitalise and improve our IT landscape
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and direct interaction with end users
Confident handling of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, ideally complemented by knowledge of Intune
Experience working with Active Directory (Azure AD and/or on-premises)
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high service orientation
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (English and Italian skills are an advantage)
