Certified Nurse: Outpatient Sector

The medical department Heart/Vascular combines the clinics of Cardiology, Angiology, and Heart/Vascular Surgery. The Interdisciplinary Centre for Vascular Interventions (IZI) receives patients with vascular diseases for diagnosis and treatment and they are jointly treated by interventional vascular specialists. We offer the full spectrum of non-cardiological, peripheral vascular procedures in a 24-hour service.

What to expect

• Preparation of patients for various interdisciplinary procedures
• Caring for and monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures
• Sterile assistance to medical staff during procedures including coordination
• Taking on the emergency on-call duty (on average three times a month)

What you bring

• Successfully completed training as a certified nurse (with or without NDS / monitoring course)
• At least two years of professional experience in acute care as a certified nurse
• Skill and enjoyment in handling medical devices
• Committed, flexible, and resilient personality with an independent and team-oriented working style
