Customer Advisor Health Insurance (VBV) / Health Insurance Advisor (AFA)

Your Tasks:

• Telephone advice to insured persons and interested parties in German and French (inbound)
• Providing information on various questions from all contact persons via telephone, chat & e-mail
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Continuous monitoring of open pending matters
• Possible administrative and coordination tasks

Your Profile:

• Completed VBV training in insurance (Intermédiaire d'assurance AFA)
• Training as a businesswoman/businessman or training in customer service
• Confident German and good French skills in spoken and written form
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills
