What is my role?

Our client requires a reliable and committed individual to keep the properties in excellent condition. Your responsibilities include:

• Independent maintenance and care of the properties

• Upkeep of outdoor facilities, surrounding areas and green space maintenance

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work

• Monitoring technical installations and building technology

• Ensuring order and cleanliness throughout the entire property

• Coordination with tenants and external service partners

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following qualifications:

• Experience in the care and maintenance of buildings

• Reliable, independent and precise approach

• High resilience, adaptability and solution orientation

• Strong organisational skills

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• Valid category B driving licence (required)
