OFISA Informatique SA is a human-sized IT services company based in Renens, active in the installation, monitoring and integration of specialised software in the fields of financial management, payroll, public authorities and property management, mainly relying on the ABACUS, innosolvcity and innosolvenergy products.

We are looking for a

Your mission

• Ongoing assistance to clients in the use of the Abacus ERP
• Monitoring support cases
• Implementation of new software modules
• Training for our clients
• Customer advice
• Presentations of software updates to our clients
• Migrations (version changes)

Your profile

• Proven experience in the ERP world, particularly support, affinity with the IT world
• At least 3 years’ experience in the Payroll/HR and Finance business areas
• Consulting skills, quick perception and good understanding of clients’ specific processes
• An asset: knowledge of public finances, cantonal and federal legislation
• An asset: knowledge of ABACUS
• An asset: knowledge of German
