Basic Function

Manage installation activities ensuring safety, quality, customer satisfaction and operational performance. Manage field teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery on time and according to Otis standards.

Main Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Plan and coordinate installations.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and respect of deadlines.
• Supervise preparation, logistics and execution of sites.
• Support teams on complex projects.
• Ensure commissioning and regulatory inspections.
• Manage costs, productivity and KPIs.

Safety

• Conduct pre-starts, supervise key stages of sites and implement corrective actions related to safety risks.
• Strengthen safety culture through regular FPA audits and awareness actions with teams.
• Ensure training and authorisation of personnel to safety requirements.

Customer Relations

• Be the main contact for clients and project partners.
• Ensure proactive communication and site follow-up.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and delivery compliance.
• Support sales teams on complex projects.

Leadership & Management

• Supervise and develop field teams.
• Ensure performance, safety and quality of operations.
• Manage administrative and operational activities.

Profile Sought

Education & Experience

• Higher technical education (Engineer, ES Technician or equivalent).
• Experience in site management and field team leadership.
• Good knowledge of technical installations and Swiss standards.
• Fluent in French and German, professional English.
• Driving licence essential.
