Job Description

Continuous working hours without room hour

• Participation in maintaining the high quality
• Independent management of a station (gardemanger, occasionally entremetier)
• High-quality preparation and production of dishes at GaultMillau level of 14 points
• Input in menu design
• Control and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP

Qualifications

• Completed training as a cook and passion for your profession
• Experience in upscale cuisine
• Interest in modern, creative, and high-quality cooking
• Independence, resilience, and flexibility
• Team spirit
