For our client, an outpatient organisation in Baselland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for you as a qualified nursing professional HF

You are a compassionate and cheerful personality with high professional and social competence. You enjoy enabling people in need of care and assistance to have a better quality of life in their own home. You act respectfully and promote the well-being of the clients entrusted to you. People are central to you, as is your strong commitment, quality awareness and your desire to stay up to date in nursing through further training.

Tasks

In this role, you are responsible for planning and implementing the nursing process. This includes developing the care plan and carrying out the care. You coordinate with team colleagues and network with interdisciplinary participants, relatives and doctors
