The 10 West ward, specialising in ENT, oral, maxillofacial and facial surgery, thyroid centre as well as orthopaedics and trauma surgery with a total of 20 beds, is looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• In collaboration with the management team, you are responsible for co-designing the further development of nursing
• You bear responsibility for continuously improved nursing quality at the ward level in cooperation with the management team
• You share responsibility for implementing efficient, effective and appropriate nursing, taking into account the framework conditions
• Embedded in our broad nursing process landscape, you assess complex nursing situations and develop appropriate solutions

Your experience

• You have a completed Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• You greatly enjoy developing nursing processes and recognising patient needs. In challenging situations, you maintain the necessary foresight and a cool head
• You are an empathetic, integrative personality with a high service and customer orientation as well as pronounced communication skills and perform your profession with heart and commitment
