As Senior Recruiter / Onsite Talent Acquisition, you take full responsibility for our branch in Aarau or Basel - with entrepreneurial thinking, leadership mentality and real impact.

• You conduct client visits and personnel requirement analyses
• You take over the recruitment process: placing adverts, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, preparing dossiers
• You mediate candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• You support and accompany employees during assignments
• You use digital tools and networks to acquire clients and candidates

• A completed education - ideally in a commercial or related profession
• Initial experience in sales or recruiting
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented and sales-affine
• Good knowledge of MS Office, social media and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
• Driving licence category B required
