IT Lead (m/f/d)

You lead the Professional Services Team both professionally and personally with around 10 employees
You ensure structured project execution and stable IT operations
You contribute to planning, design, and further development of customer environments
You standardise and optimise operational processes and implement company standards
You coach and develop employees professionally and personally
Qualifications:
You have an IT education EFZ/HF and at least 3 years of leadership experience
You bring at least 3 years of experience in system engineering
You are very familiar with Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, Teams, and VMware Horizon/ESX
You work customer-oriented, independently, and structured and have strong communication skills
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
