Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the concept, design, implementation, and migration of modern digital workplace solutions at customers and accompany demanding projects from technical planning to productive introduction.
You independently design, implement, and operate Windows Server and client infrastructures and ensure their reliable lifecycle and configuration management.
You plan and manage Microsoft 365 tenants with Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Entra ID and implement appropriate security and compliance configurations.
You develop identity and access management solutions with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Passkeys and integrate these into hybrid identity architectures.
You design and operate endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and deploy, among other things, Autopilot, compliance policies, and automated deployment of applications for desktop and mobile devices.
You support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, virtualised environments, as well as adjacent network, firewall, and Microsoft Teams voice infrastructures as needed.
You analyse and resolve complex technical issues in 2nd and 3rd level support and ensure stable and sustainable operation of the supported customer environments.
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience as a senior or expert system engineer, ideally in an IT service, managed services, or demanding enterprise environment.
You possess solid knowledge in the design, implementation, and operation of complex Windows Server and client platforms, especially with Active Directory, Group Policies, PKI, and lifecycle management.
You bring extensive practical experience with Microsoft 365 and can independently plan, configure, and operate tenants with Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
You are familiar with modern identity and access management and security concepts and have experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Passkeys, and hybrid identity architectures.
You work independently, structured, and responsibly and feel comfortable making technical decisions and taking responsibility for customer environments.
