The HR consulting of the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich (PUK) supports managers and employees in a versatile and demanding working environment. As a competent and reliable partner, it supports managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and advises them on all personnel-related issues.

Your Tasks
- Consulting and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related issues
- Responsibility for accompanying the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment to departure - in cooperation with the HR Services team
- Supporting managers with personnel, labour law and organisational issues as well as developing viable solutions
- Ensuring professional and service-oriented collaboration with managers, employees and internal interfaces
- Contributing your own expertise in HR projects and participating in the further development of HR processes and services
- Cross-location support and consulting of the assigned areas as well as willingness to work at different locations
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR consulting role
- Strong consulting skills, high communication ability and a confident, level-appropriate manner in dealing with employees and managers
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high personal responsibility
- Strong social skills, empathy and high service orientation
- Knowledge of public personnel law with practical application experience, ideally complemented by experience in healthcare
