Group Controller (m/f/d)
Our client is a globally active Swiss high-tech company that develops and produces technically sophisticated devices and system solutions for professional users. Role:
You are part of the Finance & Controlling team and support the group with meaningful analyses, modern reporting solutions, and data-based decision-making foundations. In this role, you combine financial contexts with a strong understanding of data and business intelligence. You contribute to the further development of the reporting and controlling landscape. You take responsibility for creating analyses and reports that contribute to decision-making. You are an important part of the team and bring your skills and experience to achieve the goals.
Responsibilities:
- You develop our reporting and BI solutions further, especially in Power BI and Jedox
- In this role, you analyse financial and company data and create meaningful reports
- As Group Controller, you support budget, forecast, and planning processes
- You conduct variance analyses and derive recommendations for action
- In this role, you update and further develop the group-wide transfer pricing documentation
- You participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual group-level financial statements
Qualifications:
- You have appropriate training and several years of experience in international controlling, reporting, or business intelligence environments
- You bring experience with Power BI, data modelling, and modern reporting solutions
- You have good knowledge of financial processes as well as accounting according to IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER
- You possess very good Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- You work analytically, structured, and independently
- You have a confident manner in an international environment in English and German
