Senior Recruitment & Placement Consultant (M/F)
Job Description
Your role is to identify, attract and recruit the best talent to meet the permanent and temporary staffing needs of our partners. A true recruitment specialist, you deploy a proactive sourcing approach, utilise various search channels and develop a pool of qualified candidates. You conduct interviews, assess technical and behavioural skills, and ensure rigorous file management. You manage permanent recruitment mandates and coordinate temporary staff delegation, from profile selection to assignment commencement, ensuring responsiveness, quality of service and compliance with legal and contractual provisions. At the same time, you actively participate in business development, acquiring new mandates and fostering long-term relationships with our partners, candidates and temporary staff.
Profile Sought
Coming from the hospitality and catering sector, which you know thoroughly in terms of requirements and operational realities, you hold a diploma from a hotel school and ideally have additional training in human resources. You have solid professional experience in the hotel sector, combined with confirmed expertise in recruiting and selecting talent from the culinary and hospitality trades. You are familiar with the economic fabric of the French-speaking Swiss hotel industry and have a well-established professional network. With a genuine commercial temperament and a strong taste for business development, you demonstrate initiative, perseverance and excellent interpersonal skills. Organised, rigorous and results-oriented, you know how to combine operational efficiency, service orientation and team spirit in a demanding and fast-paced environment. You have an excellent command of French, possess strong writing skills and are comfortable with IT tools and digital recruitment solutions.
