Private Customer Specialist 80 – 100%
What you will achieve
- You support the customer advisors in the administrative care of their clients. In doing so, you handle financing, investment, pension, and payment transactions administratively in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments.
- The preparation and follow-up of customer meetings as well as the telephone arrangement of consultation appointments are part of your duties.
- You welcome our clients in the customer hall and advise them on our basic services, digital applications, and ATMs.
- You actively support the induction and training of our apprentices in the private customer area as well as the organisation of customer events.
What you bring
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a comparable commercial basic education.
- You enjoy contact with customers and present yourself professionally and sympathetically.
- Your communicative and team-oriented manner convinces in everyday work.
- A reliable, independent, and precise way of working as well as high initiative characterise you.
- You actively contribute and bring in ideas.
