Internal Automotive Expert (M/F)

Job Description

As an Internal Automotive Expert, you will be responsible for preparing repair calculations using the Auto-i and Audatex platforms. You will work closely with the external experts team to ensure accurate, consistent evaluations that comply with insurance standards.

This position is planned at 50%, with regular presence in our offices to ensure technical exchanges, file validations, and follow-up of internal processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform repair calculations and damage assessments on Auto-i and Audatex.

• Verify the consistency of quotes, repair times, and necessary parts.

• Analyse photos, reports, and technical documents provided by external experts.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of expertise processes.

Your Profile

• Federal VET Diploma in the automotive field (mechanics or bodywork) essential.

• Proficiency in Auto-i and Audatex tools essential.

• Ability to quickly and accurately analyse technical situations.

• Rigour, autonomy, attention to detail, and team spirit.
