What is my role?

• Maintenance and upkeep of building technical systems (HVACSE)

• Monitoring of building management systems and locking systems

• Processing and coordination of technical service tickets

• Coordination and supervision of external service providers

• Support for tenants

• Documentation of completed work and efforts

• Participation in on-call duty

What do I need to be successful?

• Training in the field of HVACSE or as a certified facility maintenance specialist

• Further training as a caretaker or maintenance specialist with a federal professional certificate

• Experience with building management systems is an advantage

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style

• Team-oriented and strong communication skills

• Driving licence category B mandatory

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
