Responsibility for the entire maintenance and technical availability of the production facilitiesLeadership and development of a maintenance team of up to 15 employeesEnsuring optimal plant availability through preventive and reactive maintenance measuresImplementation and operation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for continuous improvement of plant performanceAnalysis of MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to manage maintenance processes and optimise downtimePlanning and execution of maintenance schedules and repairs as well as budget responsibility for the maintenance areaCollaboration with production management, external service providers and suppliers to improve efficiency and plant performanceIdentification of improvement potentials and implementation of measures to increase productivityQualifications:
Completed technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally in a leadership positionPractical experience in the introduction and/or operation of TPM systemsSound knowledge in the areas of MTTR and MTBF as well as their analysis and optimisationLeadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a teamStructured, solution-oriented and analytical way of workingHigh degree of personal responsibility and assertivenessGood IT skills (maintenance software, MS Office)Benefits:
