IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF50,000 - 65,000Responsibilities:
You are responsible for all support requests
Providing appropriate solutions and accompanying the processes
You check service requests and are always striving to optimise the quality of services
On- and offboarding as well as close collaboration with the employees of other departments
Qualifications:
Successfully completed IT apprenticeship EFZ
You have good knowledge of Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android
Confident handling of SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft, Jira and Confluence
English skills at a business fluent level, as well as German at a C1 level
Tech stack: Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Jira and Confluence
