healthcare assistants

Main duties:

• Provide basic and delegated medical-technical care to adults with multiple disabilities and support them in all daily life activities
• Efficiently and collaboratively communicate observations to multidisciplinary teams
• Promote the quality of life of the people supported
• Actively participate within the living group in various administrative tasks, maintenance, and restocking of care materials

Key requirements for the role:

• Swiss Red Cross healthcare assistant certificate or equivalent training
• Experience in basic care and delegated medical procedures
• Knowledge of the disability sector would be an advantage
• Flexibility, team spirit, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility
