What is my role?

• Independent handling of project purchasing for all required components

• Obtaining, evaluating and negotiating offers

• Creating orders and ensuring order confirmations

• Active monitoring and tracking of delivery dates

• Coordination between suppliers, technical departments, project managers and production to ensure timely deliveries in the desired quality

• Handling complaints and defect reports

• Active support of strategic purchasing through constructive supplier feedback

What do I need to be successful?

• Proven experience in project purchasing or technical purchasing as well as negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing

• Confident handling of technical drawings and specifications

• Strong communication skills in supplier contact as well as structured and reliable working methods

• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

• Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

• SAP knowledge desirable
