We are looking for you! Would you like to set a significant milestone together with a dynamic team at the University Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy? Then apply with us. We, the Marbach ward, specialise in caring for people in crisis situations. Our core business is supporting 20 patients experiencing psychosis as well as those with general psychiatric disorders. In addition, we offer an individualised psychotherapy programme for people from the schizophrenic spectrum. The focus of our work is active relationship building and shaping the milieu in everyday life. Your tasks
- You are the trusted contact person for people in crisis situations and create a space where patients feel safe and respected
- With your expertise, you take on central tasks in nursing-therapeutic treatment and contribute significantly to recovery
- Together in the interdisciplinary team, you implement the latest evidence-based nursing standards and provide impulses for innovative care concepts
- You play an active role in the nursing development of the UPZ and bring fresh ideas to further develop our standards
- With care, you create individual care plans and document the progress of our patients to make their development transparent
Your profile
- You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH and have experience in psychiatry or are willing to explore this fascinating world and deepen your knowledge
- You are motivated to actively contribute to improving mental health care and to make a positive difference together with us
- You appreciate close collaboration with professionals from various fields and enjoy exchanging ideas and experiences
- In challenging situations, you remain calm and show your composure, so you are a stable anchor for our patients
- Your interest and ambition drive you to constantly develop personally and professionally and to discover new perspectives
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
