Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Service Technician Heating / Ventilation for service, maintenance and repair work on building technology systems. You will independently handle service orders and ensure the reliable and energy-efficient operation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. In addition to troubleshooting, your duties include inspections, repairs, modernisations and minor conversions. The position combines solid HVAC technology with independent order processing and direct customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of service, maintenance and repair work on heating and ventilation systems
Systematic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on existing HVAC systems
Conducting inspections and functional checks as well as assessing the technical condition of systems
Performing repairs and restorations on heating, ventilation and air conditioning components
Carrying out modernisations, optimisations and minor conversions on existing systems
Monitoring and optimising system parameters, controls and operating conditions
Independent planning and timely processing of assigned service orders
Preparation of service reports, maintenance protocols and technical documentation
Identification of spare parts and repair needs as well as coordination of required material procurement
Technical clarifications with customers, internal departments and suppliers
Support with commissioning and system optimisations
Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, quality and manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as heating installer EFZ, ventilation system builder EFZ or comparable building technology training
Several years of professional experience in HVAC service, especially in heating and ventilation technology
Further training as service technician ventilation/HVAC is an advantage
Solid knowledge in maintenance, repair, servicing and fault diagnosis of building technology systems
Knowledge of HVAC control and regulation technology is an advantage
Experience in independent service order processing and technical documentation
Good German language skills, spoken and written
