Intern Medical Technology (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Responsible for the basic work concerning the instruction and training obligations for medical devices
• Obtaining the current instructions for use (IFU) for all relevant device models from the manufacturers, checking for currency and structured filing
• Model-related clarification with the manufacturers as to whether a training obligation exists, in what form the training must take place and who is authorised to do so
• Determining whether and at what intervals instruction in the safe handling of the respective device is required, as well as preparing the basics for later training allocation
• Supporting project management with administrative and organisational tasks as well as comprehensible documentation of the results for later transfer to a digital solution and long-term archiving (home office possible up to 50% of the workload)

Profile

• Technical interest and ongoing studies in a suitable field (e.g. medical technology or a comparable technical discipline)
• Enjoyment of documentation, data quality and structured, careful work
• Affinity for processes as well as regulatory and quality-relevant requirements
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, reliable working style and good organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
