Housekeeping Staff (Substitute Driver for Patient Transport Service)

The Bern Reha Centre is part of the Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine medical division of the Insel Group and is one of the leading rehabilitation clinics in Switzerland.

What to expect

• Co-responsibility for maintenance, basic, intermediate, special, and isolation cleaning of all clinic premises according to hygienic and ecological regulations
• Independent operation and management of machines and cleaning equipment
• Deployment in the patient transport service
• Deployment in the internal laundry

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in commercial maintenance cleaning
• Completed housekeeping training is an advantage
• Driving licence category B and the BPT 121/122 permit for professional passenger transport, or willingness to obtain the BPT driving licence (supported by the Bern Reha Centre)
• Open, reliable and flexible interaction with patients, guests, team members and supervisors
• Good oral and written German skills
• Willingness to work in various shifts
• Willingness for late shifts, weekend and public holiday duties
