De-escalation management (DM) is part of the cross-sectional area of nursing, education and social services PBS (Head Aline Montandon). DM supports the interprofessional treatment teams and staff in the areas of violence, aggression and de-escalation management. This includes preventive, acute and retrospective aspects of coping with extraordinary and challenging situations.
Profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship or A-levels
- You have further training in the area of classroom assistance
- You enjoy working in a team
- You appreciate collaboration with teachers
- You are interested in issues from child and adolescent psychiatry as well as the entire spectrum of curative and special education
- You are flexible, committed, resilient and enjoy working in a development-oriented environment
Tasks
- Classroom assistance in the clinic special school, focus on cycle 1
- Individual support and accompaniment of young people in everyday school life in cooperation with the class teacher
- Assistance in implementing educational and social objectives
- Organisation of breaks, mid-morning snack situations, play animation
- Support in organising and conducting lessons
- Participation in classroom organisation and order
