Altrajob supports its client, a company specialised in office equipment and IT solutions. To complete the current team, we are looking for a:
IT Maintenance Technician M/F
>>> Your tasks will be:
- Receiving customer requests for office machines, copiers, multifunction printers (after-sales service, maintenance, installation, assembly)
- Receiving machines to diagnose faults (or going directly to the client site)
- Carrying out repair and maintenance work
- Installing machines at clients’ premises
- Preparing additional quotes if necessary
- Writing and submitting your intervention reports
- Providing advice to the client regarding the use and/or proper functioning of the machine
>>> Your profile:
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in a technical field (mechanics, electronics, electricity or equivalent), you have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role (repair and maintenance of office machines, copiers, multifunction printers, etc.).
You hold a category B driving licence to be able to use the vehicle entrusted to you (possibility to use it for personal purposes as well).
You demonstrate flexibility, organisation and a sense of responsibility.
Finally, you have good interpersonal skills, are proficient with IT tools (MS Office and Adobe) and speak German.
