Junior Real Estate Analyst / Intern

About the job

We are looking for a Junior Real Estate Analyst / Intern for a minimum duration of 12 months.

Your main tasks will be:

• Analysis of income properties and real estate portfolios
• Financial modelling and DCF
• Profitability analyses and investment simulations
• Market studies and location analyses
• Participation in appraisals and due diligences
• Support for consulting and real estate strategy mandates
• Participation in transaction activities
• Preparation of reports, presentations, teasers and sales memoranda
• Collection, analysis and structuring of data
• Participation in visits and client meetings

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, real estate, engineering or equivalent training
• Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good writing skills
• Fluent/perfect French; English and/or German is an asset
• Rigorous, autonomous, curious person with a strong interest in investment real estate

Internship start: Immediate

Duration: 12 months
