Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) 60–100%

What to expect:

• Telephone support and first-level support (inbound) for bank customers
• Advice on debit cards (e.g. usage, card blocking, limit adjustments)
• Support for the mobile payment app TWINT as well as wallets and e-commerce transactions
• Assistance with the use of payment cards at ATMs and information on transactions
• Analysis of potential card misuse and assistance with complaints
• Focus on solution-oriented and efficient advice – without product sales
• Flexible working hours within a 24/7 shift operation with attractive shift allowances

You bring the following:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field (KV) or in retail
• Initial experience in call centres, customer dialogue, customer advice or card business is an advantage
• Strong language skills: business fluent German as well as very good knowledge of French and Italian or English, any additional language is an advantage
• High affinity for digital tools, smartphones and modern payment solutions
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact, reliability and flexibility regarding shift work
• Clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract
