The city of Adliswil is a dynamic city with a high quality of life, which has grown rapidly in recent years. The Civil Registry Office is the emotional and legal heart of our city. Here, our residents as well as those of the 15 neighbouring municipalities are personally advised.
Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a motivated team member to start immediately or by arrangement
Civil Registrar (50 – 100 %)
Your responsibilities:
You accompany people in the most important moments of their lives – from birth through marriage to sad farewells. You check legal bases, record civil status events in the civil register, and advise our clients professionally and empathetically.
Your profile:
Commercial basic training with mandatory experience in public administration, preferably in the civil registry office
Further training as a civil registrar with a federal diploma (or strong motivation to obtain this promptly)
Confident German in writing and speaking
Strong empathy, high social competence and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Precise, reliable and responsible way of working
Good IT skills (MS Office)
Foreign languages are an advantage
