For our headquarters in Geneva we are looking for a:
Real Estate Litigation Manager
Your responsibilities
- You independently handle litigation files related to rent payment defaults, from their opening to their resolution.
- You represent landlords before the tenancy and rent courts.
- You manage formal notices: checking the deadline, arranging the exit inventory, terminating leases, etc.
- You prepare claims for reminder and formal notice fees.
- You manage and monitor eviction and debt collection procedures.
- You follow up on the situation of the evicted tenant: blocking the bank guarantee, exit statement, address search, continuation of debt procedure, etc.
Profile of the candidate:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification.
- You have experience in the field of rent payment defaults and are familiar with debt collection procedures.
- You possess good knowledge of tenancy law.
- You are proficient in the QUORUM software.
- You have an excellent command of French.
- You are rigorous, organised and autonomous, with good analytical skills and a sense of priorities.
- You can demonstrate firmness, diplomacy, calmness and discernment in conflict situations, while ensuring precise and professional follow-up of files.
