- You are responsible for and manage the recruitment process for industrial personnel from needs analysis to contract signing
- You conduct interviews independently and accompany the selection process until the final decision
- You work closely with the management and the HR team
- You promote a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- You support projects, process improvements and employer branding initiatives
Your talent
Your talent
- Successfully completed commercial training or degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience in recruiting industrial personnel (production, warehouse, plant construction, assembly, mechanics, electrical, quality control, etc.)
- Proficient use of MS Office, CRM/ERP systems as well as social media
- Confident communication in German; English/French skills are an advantage
- Enjoy working with people, empathy and a confident demeanour
- Trustworthiness, initiative and communication skills
