An experienced individual with solid ABACUS knowledge is sought to support and further develop a central ERP solution. You will assist internal departments in optimising business processes and act as an important interface between users, IT, and external partners.
In addition to operational support, you will take on tasks in ERP projects, rollouts, and the further development of digital processes. You will apply your understanding of costs, benefits, and efficient system solutions purposefully.
Responsibilities:
Support of 1st and 2nd level support for ABACUS
Analysis of requirements and implementation of suitable solutions within the ERP system
Definition, optimisation, and documentation of business processes
Coordination of 2nd level support with external ABACUS partners
Planning and implementation of ERP deployments as well as support for international rollouts
Maintenance of the ticketing system and ensuring traceable technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training and several years of experience with ABACUS, especially FIBU, debtors, creditors, and project management
Experience in working with databases
Structured, independent, and reliable working style as well as pronounced process understanding
Communicative personality with teamwork skills and assertiveness
Strong cost awareness and ability to assess costs and benefits
Good German and English skills at least at B2 level
