Operational Technical Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the procurement of technical components and assemblies according to project and production requirements
Obtaining procurement offers, comparing them, and conducting price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers
Ensuring timely material availability while considering cost and quality objectives
Analysing existing purchasing processes and implementing optimisations to increase efficiency
Building, maintaining, and further developing supplier relationships as well as conducting regular supplier evaluations
Close coordination with production, development, and quality assurance
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic, designer, or automation technician)
Additional training in procurement (e.g. purchasing specialist with a federal certificate) is an advantage
Several years of proven professional experience in technical purchasing required
Solid user knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP) as well as MS Office
Strong negotiation and communication skills combined with a proactive, solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
