Scientific Support Curriculum Development 80%

Your tasks:
As Scientific Support Curriculum Development, you support the Study Centre in a strategically significant phase: You ensure an evidence-based implementation of the new Bachelor curriculum and accompany the conceptual and organisational implementation of curriculum development in the Master's programme. With the following tasks, you make a central contribution to the sustainable further development of curricular structures and study operations:
- Scientifically accompany the implementation of the Bachelor curriculum and ensure its execution
- Conceptual support of curriculum development in the Master's programme
- Sub-project management and collaboration in training-related projects
- Develop, establish and maintain monitoring of key figures in the degree programme
- Update and (further) develop overarching curricular foundations
- Take on smaller teaching assignments such as mentoring and supervision of BA theses
This position is limited to three years.
Your profile:
The following qualifications distinguish you:
- Successfully completed Master's degree (MA/MSc) in Social Work or a related discipline
- Professional experience in the field of Social Work or in the higher education context
- Solid skills in project planning and implementation as well as demonstrable experience in project collaboration, preferably also in project management
- Expertise in quantitative evaluation methods and monitoring as well as a strong affinity for numbers
- Experience in developing conceptual foundations, ideally also in curriculum development and implementation
- Willingness and ability to proactively shape complex and dynamic requirements and use them as development opportunities
- Confident use of M365 products and motivation to work with AI-supported tools
- High flexibility, independence and structured working style
- Excellent communication skills, self-reflection ability as well as confident and convincing appearance
