• Recruiting, placing and supporting suitable candidates
• Client support and new client acquisition (mainly by telephone)
• Client visits at the company or on the construction site
• Personnel administrative support for our consulting team

• A completed education
• Preferably initial experience in personnel consulting
• Commercial knowledge
• A healthy ambition, assertiveness and high self-motivation
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit
• Fluent Swiss German and good knowledge of French
• Driving licence category B

• A dynamic, cheerful and well-coordinated team
