What to expect

• You independently carry out repair, maintenance and assembly work
• You analyse faults and find pragmatic solutions directly on site
• You undertake work in various trades such as wood, metal, sanitary and simple electrical tasks
• You install and replace components such as lights, locks, fittings or hardware
• You conduct regular property inspections and identify defects early
• You implement immediate measures in case of faults or damage
• You support technical projects, conversions and operational changes
• You organise your work independently and work closely with property management

What you bring

• Completed basic craft training
• (e.g. sanitary, electrical, carpenter, metal construction or similar)
• Several years of practical experience in building maintenance or craft sector
• Broad manual skills and technical understanding
• Independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style
• Enjoyment in getting stuck in and implementing things independently
• Team spirit, flexibility and strong customer orientation
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
• Good German skills, spoken and written
