Department Manager: Fresh Produce
Responsibilities
- Your goal when managing the Fresh Produce department: to ensure our customers enjoy the best possible fresh experience during their daily shopping.
- When you are responsible, the fresh produce on display stimulates the appetite and is always available for sale.
- You are happy to assist customers with your knowledge when they have questions or concerns.
- Mutual respect: You live by this credo every day and thus create a pleasant atmosphere within the team.
Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail or equivalent professional experience in sales? Then you are right with us.
- You already have experience in sales and management in a comparable role.
- Product knowledge in the area of responsibility for fresh produce? That will earn you extra points.
- German written and spoken: You are very proficient.
- You are flexible regarding working hours.
- You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
