HR Business Partner 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking to strengthen the HR team at the Emmenbrücke-Luzern location with a committed individual as an HR Business Partner (a) with a workload of 80-100%. In this role you will take on:

• Advising employees and managers on all HR matters as well as sparring on people and leadership topics

• Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment through onboarding to exit

• Conducting job interviews and clarifying personnel requirements together with managers

• Supporting in conflicts, absences and challenging personnel situations

• Ensuring HR presence and HR processes at the location as well as close cooperation with HR services

• Supporting all business areas within the assigned region and capturing industry needs

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies or comparable further education in HR or business administration

• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function, ideally with experience in leadership coaching

• Solid knowledge of the HR lifecycle and good understanding of labour law issues

• Strong advisory skills and enjoyment in working with managers and employees

• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and solution-oriented working style

• Communicative, empathetic personality with confident demeanour

• Structured, independent working style with a strong service orientation

• Enjoyment in actively accompanying change processes and shaping further development

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form

• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with modern HR systems
