Role:
A Swiss industrial company specialising in high-quality solutions for reinforcement and connection technology in construction.
Employees operate in a technically oriented environment where individual customer requirements are translated into concrete solutions and the products have a direct impact on the quality of modern buildings.
Responsibilities:
You ensure transparency regarding financial and operational development and provide a solid decision-making basis with analyses, key figures and management information.
From annual planning to ongoing forecasting, you accompany the financial control processes, analyse variances between target and actual figures and assess the profitability of various measures.
You take responsibility in investment and inventory controlling, support inventories and compile relevant information for financial statements and external audits.
With your expertise, you optimise existing controlling processes, develop new tools and ensure reliable data as well as efficient reporting structures.
You act as a sparring partner for executives and departments, support the finance team with controlling questions and can represent the CFO on selected topics.
Qualifications:
A further education in finance and accounting or a degree with a focus on finance or controlling forms your professional foundation.
You have already gained several years of practical experience in a comparable controlling or finance function.
You are familiar with cost accounting, management accounting, KPI control as well as planning, budgeting and forecasting processes; knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations and confidence in financial statements are part of your profile.
You are very proficient in Excel and familiar with modern ERP and reporting solutions. Experience with ABACUS.
Good French skills from B1 level complement your profile alongside confident German skills.
