About the job
What you can achieve
- You lead and develop our three-person IT Operations team and actively participate in the operational day-to-day business.
- You are responsible for the stable and GxP-compliant operation of production IT as well as production-related IT systems and applications.
- Together with the team, you ensure first and second level support as well as on-call service during production times.
- You coordinate internal and external IT partners and promote the continuous optimisation of operational processes.
- You are responsible for documentation, training, as well as validation and qualification activities in a regulated environment.
What you bring with you
- Completed training or further education in computer science (HF, FH or equivalent).
- Several years of experience in the operation and further development of IT systems, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Initial leadership experience or the motivation and potential to take on leadership responsibility.
- Knowledge of GxP requirements as well as understanding of quality and compliance processes.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
