About the job

What you can achieve

You lead and develop our three-person IT Operations team and actively participate in the operational day-to-day business.
You are responsible for the stable and GxP-compliant operation of production IT as well as production-related IT systems and applications.
Together with the team, you ensure first and second level support as well as on-call service during production times.
You coordinate internal and external IT partners and promote the continuous optimisation of operational processes.
You are responsible for documentation, training, as well as validation and qualification activities in a regulated environment.

What you bring with you

Completed training or further education in computer science (HF, FH or equivalent).
Several years of experience in the operation and further development of IT systems, ideally in a regulated environment.
Initial leadership experience or the motivation and potential to take on leadership responsibility.
Knowledge of GxP requirements as well as understanding of quality and compliance processes.
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
