What the professional everyday life looks like

Would you like to work in an exciting specialist field where modern technology, team spirit and patient-centred care come together? In our endoscopy department, you can expect a varied working day with great personal responsibility, clear processes and a dedicated team.

• Care of patients before, during and after endoscopic examinations
• Assistance and sedation during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the fields of gastroenterology, pneumology and hepatology
• Carrying out routine and specialised examinations such as gastroscopies, colonoscopies, ERCP with Spy Glass, bronchoscopies with EBUS/miniprobes, liver biopsies and functional diagnostics
• Working according to defined processes and standards (SOP) as well as independent and responsible action
• Organisation and coordination of workflows – your organisational talent and flexibility are required here
• Varied activities in a dynamic working environment – no day is like the other
• On-call duty after induction
• Documentation of examinations using electronic systems

Skills and potential

• Qualified nurse specialist (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Experience in endoscopy or comparable functional services is an advantage
• Willingness to undergo in-depth training in endoscopy
• Technical understanding & enjoyment in handling medical devices
• High patient orientation, empathy & communication skills
• Teamwork, flexibility and personal responsibility
• Willingness for continuous further education & development
