What to expect

• Professional nursing, care and monitoring of patients with a focus on neurosurgery as well as accompanying and supporting their relatives
• Organisation, design and management of the nursing process taking into account current nursing science findings
• Commitment and willingness to constructive collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
• Occasional accompaniment, support and guidance of students and new employees in everyday nursing
• Responsibility for proper nursing documentation and ensuring high nursing quality
• Participation in the implementation of quality standards and continuous improvement processes
• Empathetic and professional handling of patients in demanding and complex nursing situations
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented work in a dynamic environment

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH; re-entry possible
• Committed, resilient and flexible personality with pronounced social and professional competence
• High team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong quality awareness and commitment to patient-oriented, professional nursing
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2) as well as confident handling of common PC applications and digital documentation systems
