Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Building Automation for the independent handling of demanding automation projects in building technology. You will be responsible for projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, cooling and room automation from planning and programming to commissioning. You will coordinate the interfaces with the trades HVACSE and assume both technical and commercial project responsibility. The position combines automation technology, building technology and project management in a technically demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for building automation projects from planning to successful handover
Planning and design of automation, control and regulation concepts for HVAC systems
Planning and programming of controls as well as adaptation of existing automation solutions
Creation and review of functional descriptions, control descriptions and technical specifications
Execution and coordination of commissioning, function tests and system optimisations
Technical integration of the areas heating, ventilation, cooling and room automation
Coordination of interfaces between HVACSE, electrical planning, automation and control systems
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project controlling
Technical coordination with clients, specialist planners, system suppliers and executing companies
Support of acceptances, defect rectifications and handovers including project documentation
Support with calculations, quotations and change management
Technical support of existing customers and assistance in developing modernisation and optimisation solutions
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as automation technician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, building technology planner EFZ or comparable technical basic training
Further education as technician HF or engineer FH in automation, electrical engineering, system technology or building technology is an advantage
Several years of practical experience in building automation or industrial/process automation
Sound knowledge in HVAC control and regulation technology
Experience in PLC/DDC programming, commissioning and system integration
Knowledge of the interfaces between HVACSE and building automation
Good German language skills, spoken and written
