Handling of 1st and 2nd level support requests via telephone and ticket system as well as remote support
Execution of SLA-based maintenance and patching of servers and end devices
Operation, configuration and installation of networks, telephony and WLAN access points
Support in the areas of infrastructure, security and operations
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Training or further education in computer science
Reliable and conscientious personality
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (Modern Workplace), Windows 10/11, including deployment, rollout and administration
Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft RDS as well as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Very good German skills spoken and written
