Patient Service Staff Member

We are looking for our patient service in hospitality immediately or by arrangement for a

Patient Service Staff Member

You will take on

• the care of our patients on the Privée ward and be part of our Guest Relations Ambassador team
• interesting and demanding tasks, which include the refined food and beverage service in patient rooms as well as in the dining room for supplementary insured patients
• shifts between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, sometimes including room hours, every day of the year
• advising patients and their guests on the daily menu selection
• working with the cash register system including collection and billing
• preparing room equipment for new admissions and conducting an admission interview on behalf of hospitality
• close collaboration as an interface function with nursing, nutritional counselling and kitchen

You bring with you

• basic training (EFZ) in hospitality, gastronomy or housekeeping
• confident use of electronic tools
• friendly and team-oriented personality
• German (spoken and written), understanding of dialect
• reliability, quality awareness and a very strong service orientation – simply joy in our profession!
