We are looking for a Finance Specialist who manages the accounting of several companies and takes responsibility for financial statements, VAT, debtors and creditors. Your tasks with the new employer:

• The focus is on the independent management of the creditors and debtors accounting of several companies, complemented by monitoring payment transactions and structured debtor management
• You participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as audits and ensure a reliable financial basis through account reconciliations and meaningful analyses
• Preparing VAT returns is also part of the role, as is handling dunning processes and close coordination with internal contacts in the finance environment
• Additionally, you provide professional support to a trainee in the finance area and represent the finance management if required, allowing you to apply your expertise effectively

You offer your new employer:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship forms the essential basis, supplemented by at least two years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Further training in accounting, for example at the level of clerk, is already in place
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP systems and ideally Abacus
• You impress with very good German skills in spoken and written form, a careful working style, a sense of responsibility and bring enthusiasm for collaboration and knowledge transfer
