The Athletic Club 3-Chêne, a dynamic and well-known club in Switzerland, is looking for an Athletics Coach to join its team and contribute to the development of its members, from beginners to experienced athletes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and lead training sessions tailored to different levels and disciplines of athletics.
• Supervise and motivate athletes to achieve their personal and collective goals.
• Monitor performance and suggest adjustments to optimise results.
• Participate in the organisation and supervision of club competitions and events.
• Collaborate with other coaches and club members to ensure a quality sporting experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an athletics coach or in a similar role.
• Diploma or certification in sports coaching, ideally in athletics.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work with athletes of all ages and levels.
• Knowledge of the rules and techniques of various athletics disciplines.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
