Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
The company is a broadly diversified Swiss service group that supports companies, private individuals and institutional clients in various financial and entrepreneurial matters. The range of services includes fiduciary services, accounting, tax consulting, auditing, real estate as well as solutions in the area of occupational pension schemes.

Responsibilities:
As a key specialist, you take over the ongoing accounting of various rental properties and condominium owners’ associations.
You ensure that all accounting processes are carried out efficiently, on time and professionally correctly – including interim and annual financial statements.
In budgeting and cost allocation, you provide transparent and comprehensible foundations.
You independently prepare heating and ancillary cost statements as well as VAT, social security and insurance statements and salary certificates.
Monitoring rent receipts, debtors as well as dunning and debt collection are also part of your responsibilities.
You check and post creditor invoices and ensure smooth payment transactions.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education forms your professional foundation, complemented by initial to several years of experience in accounting.
You have a good understanding of accounting contexts and work precisely even with demanding tasks.
You combine high team spirit and flexibility with resilience and an independent working style.
In dealing with customers and colleagues, you convince with a professional and reliable manner.
Very good German skills as well as basic English skills enable you to communicate confidently in everyday work.
